Job Description Taja Bakery Udhyog is seeking a mid-level Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a motivated individual with a passion for the coffee and bakery industry and a strong desire to provide exceptional customer service. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and inviting atmosphere for our guests while expertly crafting and serving a variety of coffee drinks and bakery items. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, and lattes Expertly operate and maintain coffee equipment, such as grinders and espresso machines Consistently and accurately measure and grind coffee beans to ensure quality beverages Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the work area and equipment at all times Maintain knowledge of current bakery offerings and be able to make recommendations to guests Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking and fulfilling orders accurately and efficiently Operate cash register, handle transactions, and maintain cash drawer Maintain inventory of supplies and ingredients, placing orders as needed Adhere to all food safety and health standards
